Affiliate disclosure
How this site is funded, and what that does and does not mean for our recommendations.
As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.
FilamentFinders participates in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com.
What this means for you
- Links labeled “View on Amazon” are affiliate links. If you buy through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
- Pages with affiliate links show a disclosure before the first recommendation, not only in the footer.
- Affiliate links go directly to Amazon and open in a new tab. We don’t use redirects, link cloaking, or automatic pop-ups.
- We don’t offer incentives for clicking, and we don’t publish prices, discounts, or ratings because they change constantly.
- A product appears only after its exact variant has been verified. Incomplete product records show no link at all.
Independence
Commission rates never decide what we recommend, and no manufacturer pays for placement. When a settings change, a cheaper option, or nothing at all is the right answer, that is what we say. Our methods are described in our editorial standards.
