Buy the nozzle or hotend that your printer maker, or the part maker, names for your exact model. That matters more than brand or flow numbers. For a like-for-like spare, start with the printer maker's own part: Bambu Lab printers swap a whole hotend, so A1, A1 mini, and A2L owners need Bambu Lab's A1 Series hotend and X1-Carbon owners its X1C hotend. Creality's "Unicorn" quick-swap nozzle fits the Ender-3 V3 and V3 Plus, the K1C, and named versions of the K1 and K1 Max. Prusa's MK4, MK4S, CORE One, CORE One L, and XL use Nextruder nozzles, and E3D's brass Nextruder nozzle is the everyday spare. The Prusa MINI / MINI+ and the Ender-3, Ender-3 V2, and Ender-3 S1 take screw-in nozzles, but of different types. Then choose between a spare and a higher-flow or more wear-resistant upgrade from E3D or Micro Swiss. Every listed fit comes from the part maker's or printer maker's own documentation.

Who this guide is for
This page is for owners of a Bambu Lab A1, A1 mini, A2L, P1P, P1S, X1-Carbon, H2D, H2S, H2C, or P2S, a Creality Ender-3, Ender-3 V2, Ender-3 S1, Ender-3 V3, V3 SE, V3 KE, V3 Plus, K1, K1C, or K1 Max, or a Prusa MK4, MK4S, CORE One, CORE One L, XL, or MINI / MINI+. It helps if your nozzle is worn, damaged, or clogged beyond what the maker's cleaning procedure fixes, or if you want a hardened nozzle for carbon-fiber, glass-fiber, or glow filaments. If you're still working out which nozzle system your printer uses, read our guide to choosing a replacement nozzle first. If the nozzle might only be clogged, start with clog diagnosis before you buy anything.
We have no verified nozzle products yet for the Bambu Lab X1E, the Creality Ender-3 V4, or the Prusa i3 MK3S / MK3S+. Owners of those printers should follow their maker's own parts list. Our printers index collects each maker's identification pages.
Which nozzle fits your printer?
This table is built only from our compatibility records, which list a part for a printer only when the part's maker, or the printer's maker, names that exact model. A printer missing from a product's row means the maker doesn't name it, not that it's been tested and failed.

How we chose
A product made the list only if it met all of these criteria:
- Documented fit for an exact model. Each printer named on this page appears in the part maker's own compatibility list or product title, or in the printer maker's own documentation, and is recorded in our compatibility data with its source. Where a maker names printers we hold no record for (for example Creality's K1 SE, Bambu Lab's X2D, or Prusa's MK3.9 and MK3.9S), we mention them as named by the maker, with no fit claim from us. Where a maker limits fit to one revision or one side of a printer, such as Creality's "K1 (2024)" or the H2C's left hotend, our records and this page carry the same limit.
- An exact variant we could verify. Each catalog record ties one Amazon listing to one manufacturer product and, where the maker publishes one, its SKU. For example, E3D's BAMBU-HF-OBD-X1-0400-SPK and Micro Swiss's M3121-04 match the listings' model numbers.
- Manufacturer documentation. Temperatures, flow figures, materials, and fit come from the maker's own pages. Where an Amazon listing disagrees with the maker, we use the maker's information and say so. The E3D Prusa Nextruder nozzles are the clearest case: their Amazon listings name only the MK4 and XL, while E3D's current pages also name the MK4S, CORE One, and CORE One L.
They fit different printers, so start from your printer in the table above.
For Bambu Lab X1-Carbon, P1P, P1S
These three printers use Bambu Lab's single-unit X1/P1 hotend design, which Bambu Lab's nozzle compatibility table keeps separate from the A1, H2, P2S, and X2D hotends. Within the family, Bambu Lab's current table lists an "X1C Hotend" for the X1C and a separate "P1 Series Hotend" for the P1P and P1S, its P1 FAQ links P1 owners to the P1 Series hotend, and its P1S upgrade guide says to choose the P1 Series version. So P1P and P1S owners should buy the hotend Bambu Lab sells for the P1 series and check that the listing names the P1P or P1S. We don't have a verified P1 Series listing on this page yet.
Bambu Lab Hotend with Nozzle (X1C / P1 Series), 0.4 mm hardened steel
Bambu Lab's nozzle page lists this X1C hotend for the X1-Carbon. Its older replacement guide says the Hotend with Nozzle fits both the X1 and P1 series, but its current table separates the two, so we record a fit for the X1-Carbon only. Bambu Lab lists a heat-treated hardened steel tip (HRC 55–60) and a 320 °C maximum printing temperature on its store, where the Amazon listing says 300 °C. That 320 °C is the hotend's rating, not the printer's: Bambu Lab's store lists a 300 ℃ max hot end temperature for the P1P and P1S, and E3D says the X1C, P1P and P1S are limited to 300 °C. It's the like-for-like spare from the printer maker. The catch is that it's the hotend only: you move the ceramic heater, thermistor and fan over from the old unit (Bambu Lab says the clip and sock can be reused), and Bambu Lab says to update the nozzle setting on the printer screen afterwards. Bambu Lab sells separate X1 and P1 complete assemblies, and the X1 complete assembly doesn't fit the X1E, so this record covers only the Hotend with Nozzle.
Bambu Lab Hotend with Nozzle (X1C / P1 Series) (0.4 mm hardened steel, Hotend with Nozzle (not the Complete Hotend Assembly))
- Best for
- X1C owners replacing a worn hotend with Bambu Lab's own hardened steel spare.
- Skip this if
- You have a P1P, P1S, A1-series, H2-series, P2S or X1E printer, or want a pre-assembled complete hotend.
- Verified fit
- Bambu Lab X1-Carbon (stock configuration, per the manufacturer)
Specs, strengths, and limitations
- Interface
- Bambu Lab X1/P1 single-unit hotend (heatsink, throat, heater block and nozzle in one part), fitted with two M3-14 step screws
- Hotend design
- All-in-one hotend: hardened steel nozzle tip, nickel-plated brass heatblock, titanium alloy TC4 heatbreak, aluminum alloy 6063 heatsink
- Part rated to
- 320 °C (your printer's own hotend limit may be lower)
- Wear-resistant
- Yes, per the manufacturer
- Does not fit
- Bambu Lab's Complete Hotend Assembly comes in separate X1 Series and P1 Series versions, and the X1 Series complete assembly is not compatible with the X1E. This record covers only the Hotend with Nozzle.; Not for A1/A1 mini/A2L, H2 series, P2S or X2D, which use different hotends (Bambu Lab nozzle compatibility table).
- Maker notes
- Bambu Lab's older X1/P1 replacement guide says the Hotend with Nozzle is compatible with both the X1 Series and P1 Series, but its current nozzle table lists separate X1C and P1 Series hotends, so only the X1C fit is recorded. Hardened steel nozzle tip is heat-treated mold steel, HRC 55-60 (Bambu Lab wiki). Bambu Lab store lists Max. Printing Temp. 320 °C. The Amazon listing says 300 °C. Manufacturer value used. The Hotend with Nozzle uses the printer's ceramic heater, thermistor and hotend fan; Bambu Lab says the retaining clip and silicone sock can be reused. Bambu Lab says to update the nozzle information on the printer screen after a change. Bambu Lab store box contents (Hotend option): Hotend x1, M3-14 step screws x2, silicone sock x1, thermal grease x1, retaining clip x1. Printer limit: Bambu Lab's US store P1P/P1S parameters table lists a 300 ℃ max hot end temperature, and E3D's Bambu hotend page says you are "restricted by the maximum printing temperature of your machine (320°C for X1E, 300°C for X1C, P1P & P1S)." The 320 °C figure is the hotend's rating, not what these printers can reach. P1P/P1S fit not recorded (2026-10-07): Bambu Lab's nozzle compatibility table now lists separate 'X1C Hotend' (X1C) and 'P1 Series Hotend' (P1P, P1S) rows, and the P1 FAQ links P1 owners to the P1 Series hotend. Until this Amazon listing is confirmed as the P1 version, we record the X1C only. Amazon API check 2026-10-08: the listing is brand BAMBULAB, titled 'Genuine Bambu Lab Hotend with Nozzle for P1S P1P X1C X1 Carbon', and its bullets say it is compatible with the X1 Carbon and P1 Series. Bambu's older X1/P1 replacement guide agrees, but its current nozzle table lists separate X1C and P1 Series hotends and its P1 FAQ links the P1 Series part. Because the maker's own pages conflict, we keep the conservative X1C-only fit until Bambu's table is reconciled. No genuine Bambu P1 Series hotend listing was found on Amazon US (search 2026-10-08; results were third-party kits). Bambu Lab's X1 product page lists the X1's hardened steel nozzle at 50 HRC; the replacement guide gives HRC 55-60 for this hotend's tip.
- Manufacturer states Bambu Lab hotends can be installed cold because the heatsink, throat, heater block and nozzle are a single unit.
- Manufacturer lists a hardened steel nozzle tip (HRC 55-60) and a 320 °C hotend rating.
- Bambu Lab's current nozzle table lists the X1C Hotend for the X1C.
- Printer limit: the X1C, P1P and P1S top out at a 300 °C hotend temperature (Bambu Lab store spec table; E3D), so the hotend's 320 °C rating can't be used on them.
- Bambu Lab recommends a 0.6 mm hardened steel nozzle for carbon- or glass-fiber filaments to minimize clogging. Its store notes Bambu PLA-CF and PETG-CF are proven at 0.4 mm.
- Hotend only: the heater, thermistor and fan must be moved over from the old assembly.
Skip it if you'd rather buy a pre-assembled complete hotend, or you own a P1P, P1S, A1-series, H2-series, P2S, or X1E printer.
E3D High Flow ObXiDian 500 Complete HotEnd (X1C version), 0.4 mm
E3D describes this as an official collaboration with Bambu Lab and a replacement with the same form factor and no change to mounting or part cooling; its support page has you move the stock heater, thermistor and fan across. E3D states its four-channel nozzle raises volumetric flow by over 60%, and that the ObXiDian 500 coating is at least five times more wear resistant than its earlier ObXidian. It suits X1-Carbon owners who print abrasive or filled materials often, or who run high-flow profiles. E3D also warns that particles in some filled filaments can approach 0.4 mm, and that aggressive fillers such as Polymaker's Fiberon range can still wear the nozzle significantly. This is the X1C version. E3D sells separate P1P & P1S and X1E versions.
E3D High Flow ObXiDian 500 Complete HotEnd for Bambu Lab X1C (X1C version, 0.4 mm (E3D SKU BAMBU-HF-OBD-X1-0400-SPK))
- Best for
- X1C owners who print abrasive or high-flow jobs and want a Bambu-approved hotend upgrade.
- Skip this if
- You print mostly PLA at modest speeds, or own a Bambu Lab model this version doesn't name.
- Verified fit
- Bambu Lab X1-Carbon (stock configuration, per the manufacturer)
Specs, strengths, and limitations
- Interface
- Same form factor as the stock Bambu Lab X1/P1 HotEnd, no change to mount or part cooling (E3D); you move the stock heater, thermistor and fan to it (E3D support page)
- Hotend design
- Complete HotEnd with ObXiDian 500 coated nozzle and 4-channel internal nozzle design (high flow)
- Part rated to
- 500 °C (your printer's own hotend limit may be lower)
- Wear-resistant
- Yes, per the manufacturer
- Does not fit
- E3D sells separate X1C, P1P & P1S, and X1E versions of this HotEnd. Buy the version for your printer.; E3D warns that some aggressively filled materials (including Polymaker's Fiberon range) can cause significant wear even on ObXiDian 500 nozzles.
- Maker notes
- E3D describes the HotEnd as an official collaboration with Bambu Lab and says E3D is the only officially approved manufacturer of aftermarket Bambu Lab HotEnds. E3D states the 4-channel nozzle boosts volumetric flow rate by over 60% and the coating makes the nozzle at least 5 times more wear resistant than ObXidian. E3D lists a 500°C maximum operating temperature; it says printing is limited by the printer (300°C for X1C, P1P & P1S; 320°C for X1E). Amazon model number BAMBU-HF-OBD-X1-0400-SPK matches E3D's X1C 0.4 mm variant SKU. Kit (E3D support page): HotEnd, thermal grease, Bambu Lab sock, heater retaining clip, 2 bolts; the product page lists the assembled HotEnd.
- Manufacturer states the 4-channel nozzle increases volumetric flow rate by over 60%.
- Manufacturer states the ObXiDian 500 coating is at least 5 times more wear resistant than ObXidian and handles glow-in-the-dark filaments.
- Manufacturer states a low-surface-energy coating reduces filament buildup.
- E3D warns that particles in some filled filaments can approach 0.4 mm, raising jam risk. Check the filament maker's minimum nozzle size.
- E3D says extreme fillers such as Polymaker's Fiberon range can still wear the nozzle significantly.
Skip it if you mostly print PLA at modest speeds, or you own a P1P, P1S, or X1E.
For Bambu Lab A1, A1 mini, and A2L
The A1 and A1 mini use a clip-in hotend that's different from the X1/P1 design. Bambu Lab's compatibility table puts the A1, A1 mini, and A2L on one A1 Series Hotend, and its store offers the same part for all three. Bambu Lab says the A2L also accepts quick-release nozzles from its other printer lines, but recommends A-series nozzles for the best print quality on the A2L. Bambu Lab's A1 hotend guide describes a tool-free swap, with a built-in magnet helping alignment, and says to update the nozzle information on the printer screen if you change diameter or material.
Bambu Hotend A1 Series, 0.4 mm hardened steel
Bambu Lab ships A-series printers with a 0.4 mm stainless steel nozzle, so this is the hardened-steel upgrade at the stock size. Bambu Lab's store lists a 320 °C maximum printing temperature, with the hotend and nozzle as the box contents, but Bambu Lab's nozzle wiki gives the A Series nozzle a 300 ℃ maximum, and the store's spec tables list a 300 °C max hot end temperature for the A1, A1 mini, and A2L. Plan on 300 °C. It suits A1, A1 mini, or A2L owners who want a genuine spare that can also handle occasional filled filaments. For regular carbon- or glass-fiber printing, though, Bambu Lab recommends a 0.6 mm hardened steel nozzle to reduce clogging and abrasion. The Amazon listing mentions other sizes as a family, but this pick is the 0.4 mm hardened steel version only.
Bambu Lab Bambu Hotend - A1 Series (A1 / A1 mini / A2L) (0.4 mm hardened steel, hotend with nozzle)
- Best for
- A1, A1 mini or A2L owners who want a genuine spare or a hardened-steel upgrade for occasional filled filaments.
- Skip this if
- You own an X1, P1, H2-series or P2S printer, or mainly print fiber-filled materials that Bambu Lab pairs with a 0.6 mm nozzle.
- Verified fit
- Bambu Lab A1; Bambu Lab A1 mini; Bambu Lab A2L (stock configuration, per the manufacturer)
Specs, strengths, and limitations
- Interface
- Bambu Lab A1-series quick-swap hotend (heatsink and nozzle unit that clips into the hotend heating assembly)
- Part rated to
- 320 °C (your printer's own hotend limit may be lower)
- Wear-resistant
- Yes, per the manufacturer
- Does not fit
- Not for X1/P1, H2, P2S or X2D printers, which use different hotends (Bambu Lab nozzle compatibility table).
- Maker notes
- Bambu Lab wiki nozzle-printer compatibility table: A1 Series Hotend fits A1 mini, A1 and A2L. Bambu Lab store lists Max. Printing Temp. 320 °C and a length of 47.3 mm; In the Box: Hotend with Nozzle. Bambu Lab's nozzle wiki lists the A Series Nozzle at Max. Printing Temp 300 ℃, so Bambu's own sources conflict. Bambu Lab wiki: A series printers ship with a 0.4 mm stainless steel nozzle; the hotend is tool-free (clip-in, magnetic alignment) and the nozzle information must be updated on the printer screen after a change of diameter or material. Bambu Lab wiki: the A2L supports quick-release nozzles from other Bambu lines, but Bambu Lab says to use A-series nozzles for optimal print quality on the A2L. Amazon feature bullets mention 0.2/0.4/0.6/0.8 mm sizes as a family; this record covers only the 0.4 mm hardened steel variant named in the ASIN title. Printer limit: Bambu Lab's US store spec tables list a 300 °C max hot end (nozzle) temperature for the A1, A1 mini and A2L.
- Manufacturer lists the A1 mini, A1 and A2L as compatible in its own nozzle-printer table.
- Manufacturer states a tool-free quick-swap install.
- Hardened steel upgrade over the stock 0.4 mm stainless steel nozzle the manufacturer ships on A series printers.
- Printer limit: the A1, A1 mini and A2L top out at a 300 °C hotend temperature (Bambu Lab store spec tables). Bambu's store rates this hotend to 320 °C, but its nozzle wiki says 300 ℃, so plan on 300 °C.
- Bambu Lab recommends a 0.6 mm hardened steel nozzle for general carbon- or glass-fiber filaments such as PAHT-CF and PET-CF to minimize clogging and abrasion.
- Nozzle information must be updated manually on the printer screen after a swap (Bambu Lab wiki).
Skip it if you own an X1, P1, H2-series, or P2S printer, or you mainly print fiber-filled materials that Bambu Lab pairs with a 0.6 mm nozzle.
Bambu Hotend A1 Series, 0.2 mm stainless steel
This is the fine-detail option for the same three printers. Bambu Lab's wiki shows a 0.2 mm nozzle producing clearer small text than a 0.4 mm one, and notes that smaller nozzles trade speed for detail. It's stainless steel, not hardened, and Bambu Lab's store warns that filaments with carbon fiber, glass fiber, metal, or other inorganic particles are prone to clog a 0.2 mm nozzle. Bambu Lab's store lists the same 320 °C maximum printing temperature, with the same 300 °C printer limit and wiki conflict noted above. It suits A1, A1 mini, or A2L owners printing miniatures, small text, or fine detail in unfilled PLA or PETG.
Bambu Lab Bambu Hotend - A1 Series (A1 / A1 mini / A2L) (0.2 mm stainless steel, hotend with nozzle)
- Best for
- A1, A1 mini or A2L owners printing miniatures, small text or fine detail in unfilled PLA or PETG.
- Skip this if
- You print abrasive or particle-filled filaments, or care more about speed than fine detail.
- Verified fit

Specs, strengths, and limitations
- Interface
- Bambu Lab A1-series quick-swap hotend (heatsink and nozzle unit that clips into the hotend heating assembly)
- Part rated to
- 320 °C (your printer's own hotend limit may be lower)
- Wear-resistant
- No
- Does not fit
Printer limit: Bambu Lab's US store spec tables list a 300 °C max hot end (nozzle) temperature for the A1, A1 mini and A2L.
- Manufacturer lists the A1 mini, A1 and A2L as compatible in its own nozzle-printer table.
- Bambu Lab wiki shows a 0.2 mm nozzle producing clearer, more detailed small text than 0.4 mm.
- Printer limit: the A1, A1 mini and A2L top out at a 300 °C hotend temperature (Bambu Lab store spec tables). Bambu's store rates this hotend to 320 °C, but its nozzle wiki says 300 ℃, so plan on 300 °C.
- Bambu Lab store notes filaments with carbon fiber, glass fiber, metal or other inorganic particles are prone to clog a 0.2 mm nozzle.
- Stainless steel, not hardened: Bambu Lab's filament table calls for hardened steel with abrasive filaments.
- Bambu Lab wiki: the 0.2 mm nozzle has slow speeds, reduced strength and a high clog risk; its 0.2 mm FAQ suggests a 2 mm3/s maximum volumetric speed.
Skip it if you print abrasive or particle-filled filaments, or you care more about speed than fine detail.
For Bambu Lab H2D, H2S, H2C, and P2S
Bambu Lab's compatibility table puts the H2 Series and P2S on one quick-swap hotend.
Bambu Lab Hotend H2/P2S (Standard Flow), 0.4 mm hardened steel
This is Bambu Lab's own quick-swap hotend: Bambu Lab says you unlock the latch to remove and install it. Bambu Lab lists a 350 °C maximum printing temperature, which the H2D can use. The P2S can't: Bambu Lab's P2S spec table lists a 300 °C max nozzle temperature. Bambu Lab's compatibility table names the H2D (both left and right), the H2S, the H2C (left hotend only), and the P2S. It also names the X2D: named by the maker, no fit claim from us. On the H2C, this part is for the left hotend only. The H2C's right hotend is its Vortek induction hotend, which this isn't. It's the straightforward spare for the H2D, H2S, and P2S, and for the H2C's left side. Two caveats: this is the standard-flow version, and Bambu Lab sells a separate High Flow version. The Amazon listing also says the H2 dual-nozzle function currently supports only nozzles of the same size, so match the other side.
Bambu Lab Bambu Hotend - H2/P2S (Standard Flow) (0.4 mm hardened steel, standard flow (Amazon model FAH023))
- Best for
- H2D, H2S or P2S owners, or H2C owners for the left hotend only, who need a spare or replacement 0.4 mm hardened steel hotend.
- Skip this if
- You own an X1/P1 or A1-series printer, or want the higher-flow version.

- Hotend design
- Quick-swap hotend with nozzle, standard flow
- Part rated to
- 350 °C (your printer's own hotend limit may be lower)
- Wear-resistant
- Yes, per the manufacturer
- Does not fit
- Not for X1/P1 Series or A1/A1 mini printers, which use different hotends (Bambu Lab nozzle compatibility table).; On the H2C, Bambu Lab lists this hotend for the left hotend only. The right hotend uses the Vortek induction hotend.
- Maker notes
- Bambu Lab nozzle compatibility: the H2 Series/P2S Hotend fits H2D (both left and right), H2S, H2C (left hotend), P2S and X2D. The H2C record covers the left hotend only. The X2D is not in the printers list. The Amazon listing says the H2 dual-nozzle function currently supports only nozzles of the same size. Bambu Lab wiki: the A2L can take quick-release nozzles from the whole Bambu lineup but performance is not guaranteed, and A-series nozzles are recommended for it. No A2L record is made. Bambu Lab store: Max. Printing Temp. 350 °C, length 49.2 mm, box contains Hotend with Nozzle x1. Printer limit: Bambu Lab's US store spec tables list a 350 °C max nozzle temperature for the H2D but 300 °C for the P2S.
- Manufacturer states a quick-swap design: unlock the latch to remove and install the hotend.
- Manufacturer lists a 350 °C max printing temperature.
- Bambu Lab's compatibility table names the H2D (both hotends), H2S, H2C (left hotend only) and P2S.
- Printer limit on the P2S: Bambu Lab's P2S spec table lists a 300 °C max nozzle temperature, below this hotend's 350 °C rating. The H2D is listed at 350 °C.
- Bambu Lab recommends a 0.6 mm hardened steel nozzle for carbon- and glass-fiber filaments to minimize clogging.
- Standard flow: Bambu Lab sells a separate High Flow version.
Skip it if you own an X1, P1, or A1-series printer, you need a part for the H2C's right (Vortek) hotend, or you want Bambu Lab's high-flow version.
For Creality Ender-3 V3, V3 Plus, K1C, K1, and K1 Max
Creality lists the Ender-3 V3, V3 Plus, and K1C for both "Unicorn" quick-swap parts below. It also lists the K1 and K1 Max, but only in named versions, and the two parts name different ones. The Unicorn nozzle names the "K1 (with integrated nozzle)" and "K1 Max (with integrated nozzle)". The E3D ObXidian names only the "K1 (2024)" and "K1 Max (2024)". Check which version of the K1 or K1 Max you have before ordering. Creality also names the K1 SE: named by the maker, no fit claim from us. Creality's list doesn't include the Ender-3 V3 SE or V3 KE, even though some Amazon titles for Unicorn nozzles name them. Those two printers have their own section below.
Creality "Unicorn" Quick-Swap Nozzle, 0.4 mm
This is Creality's own stock-style spare: an all-metal integrated nozzle and heatbreak, with a nozzle Creality describes as copper alloy and hardened steel. Creality states up to 30 mm³/s maximum flow (the Amazon listing says 32 mm³/s), and lists PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, PP, PC, PLA-CF, PA-CF, and PET-CF as supported filaments. It suits Ender-3 V3, V3 Plus, or K1C owners, and owners of a K1 or K1 Max with the integrated nozzle, who want a spare that can also handle occasional carbon-fiber-filled filaments. Creality doesn't give a temperature on its page, so we don't record one. The listing is a single 0.4 mm nozzle.
Creality "Unicorn" Quick-Swap Nozzle (0.4 mm, 1 pc (Amazon model AMUS-CU-3D-AC-V3-Nozzles-2.0-1P))

- Maker notes
- Creality compatible models: K1 (with integrated nozzle), K1 Max (with integrated nozzle), K1C, K1 SE, Ender-3 V3, Ender-3 V3 Plus. The K1 and K1 Max records cover only the integrated-nozzle revision; the K1C record is unqualified. The K1 SE is not in the printers list. Creality states up to 30 mm³/s maximum flow and 600 mm/s printing, and lists PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, PP, PC, PLA-CF, PA-CF and PET-CF as supported filaments. The Amazon listing says 32 mm³/s and 300 °C; Creality's page says 30 mm³/s and gives no temperature, so maxTempC is not recorded.
- Manufacturer states an all-metal integrated design for quick assembly and disassembly.
- Manufacturer states the copper alloy and hardened steel nozzle supports PLA-CF, PA-CF and PET-CF.
- Manufacturer states up to 30 mm³/s maximum flow rate.
- Fits only Creality's Unicorn nozzle system. Creality does not list the Ender-3 V3 SE or KE.
- Single 0.4 mm nozzle in this listing.
Skip it if you have an Ender-3 V3 SE or V3 KE with its stock hotend, or a K1 or K1 Max without the integrated nozzle.
Creality Genuine E3D ObXidian High Flow Nozzle Assembly (Unicorn), 0.4 mm
Creality sells this E3D-made Unicorn nozzle, and E3D sells the same part. E3D describes a hardened steel insert with its coating and a four-channel internal design, stating flow of up to 45 mm³/s (the Amazon listing says 42 mm³/s). E3D says the wear resistance is orders of magnitude higher than any other E3D nozzle, and that a change takes under five minutes. It suits Ender-3 V3, V3 Plus, or K1C owners, and owners of a 2024 K1 or K1 Max, who print carbon-fiber-filled filaments regularly. E3D still warns that some filler particles can approach 0.4 mm and raise jam risk, so check the filament maker's minimum nozzle size.
Creality Genuine E3D ObXidian High Flow Nozzle Assembly (Unicorn) (0.4 mm, 1 pc (Amazon model 3D-AC-PZ-E3D-YTPZ))

For Creality Ender-3 V3 SE and V3 KE
Creality Ender-3 V3 SE/KE Ceramic Heating Block Kit with Quick-swap Nozzle
Creality names this kit for the Ender-3 V3 SE and V3 KE only, and lists 300 °C high temperature resistance. It's a full heating-block kit with a quick-swap nozzle, not a loose nozzle, so it suits SE or KE owners replacing a damaged hotend who want Creality's quick-swap system. The documentation is thin. Creality's store page doesn't state the included nozzle size or nozzle material. Two Creality-brand Amazon listings describe the kit differently, so we make no hardened-steel or abrasive-filament claim for it.
Creality Ender-3 V3 SE/KE Ceramic Heating Block Kit with Quick-swap Nozzle (Kit for Ender-3 V3 SE/KE; nozzle size not stated by Creality)
- Best for
- Ender-3 V3 SE or KE owners replacing a damaged hotend who want Creality's quick-swap nozzle system.

- Does not fit
- Creality lists only the Ender-3 V3 SE and Ender-3 V3 KE for this kit.
- Maker notes
- Creality's UK store names the kit for the Ender-3 V3 SE/KE and lists 300 °C high temperature resistance. The Japanese store lists the compatible machines as Ender-3 V3 SE and Ender-3 V3 KE. Amazon listing: titanium alloy heatbreak and up to 600 mm/s. A second Creality-brand Amazon listing of the same kit (B0D7BG68CG) describes a copper alloy and hardened steel nozzle. Creality's store page does not state the nozzle material, so wearResistant is not recorded. Creality's page does not state the included nozzle diameter. Re-activated 2026-10-15 on Amazon listing B0D7CCZ87W (Creality Official Ender-3 V3 SE/KE Hotend Kit; the listing names the Ender 3 V3 SE/KE). The earlier listing B0D7GX6PCH was reported 'ItemNotAccessible' by the Creators API on 2026-10-13. Creality's UK store page showed the kit as sold out on 2026-10-15; the Amazon listing was live.
- Manufacturer lists 300 °C high temperature resistance.
- Manufacturer names it for the Ender-3 V3 SE and Ender-3 V3 KE.
- Manufacturer describes a quick-swap nozzle with high thermal conductivity and high-flow printing.
- This is a hotend kit, not just a nozzle: it replaces the stock heating block assembly.
- Creality's store page gives few specifications (no nozzle size or nozzle material).
Skip it if you only need a spare nozzle for an Ender-3 V3 or V3 Plus, or you need a documented nozzle size and material before buying.
For Creality Ender-3 (original), Ender-3 V2, and Ender-3 S1
The original Ender-3 uses screw-in MK8-style nozzles. Both makers below name the Ender-3 and the Ender-3 V2. Micro Swiss also names the Ender-3 S1, but Creality's kit list doesn't. Both exclude the Ender-3 V3 family, which uses a different nozzle system. Many other older Creality printers appear on their lists, such as the Ender-3 Pro, Ender-5, and CR-10: named by the maker, no fit claim from us.
Creality High-end Hardened Steel Nozzle Kit (MK8), 8 pieces
Creality describes these nozzles as "more wear-resistant" with "high hardness", and lists the original Ender-3 and the Ender-3 V2 among many compatible models. It suits Ender-3 or Ender-3 V2 owners who want several hardened spares for occasional abrasive filaments. The documentation gaps are real. Creality's page gives no thread, length, temperature, or size breakdown, and the 8-piece count comes from the Amazon listing. The Amazon listing also contradicts itself on material, with a hardened steel title and a "copper alloy" bullet. Check the sizes on the listing before you rely on a specific diameter.
Creality High-end Hardened Steel Nozzle Kit (MK8) (8 pcs (Amazon model 3D-Hardened Steel Nozzle Kit); sizes not stated by Creality)

Only the original Ender-3 and the Ender-3 V2 are in the printers list. Creality's page says 'More Wear-resistant and High Hardness' and 'Handle High Temperature Filaments' but gives no temperature. The Amazon listing mentions a 450 °C 'copper alloy nozzle', which conflicts with the hardened steel title. No maxTempC recorded. Pack count (8 pcs) comes from the Amazon listing. Creality's page does not list the sizes included.
- Manufacturer describes the nozzles as more wear-resistant and of high hardness.
- Manufacturer names the original Ender-3 among compatible models.
- Creality's page gives no thread, length, temperature or size breakdown.
- Amazon listing text conflicts with itself on material (hardened steel title, copper alloy in one bullet).
Skip it if you own an Ender-3 V3-series printer or an Ender-3 S1, which Creality doesn't name for this kit, or you want one fully documented nozzle in a known size.
Micro Swiss CM2 MK8 Nozzle (Hardened Tip), 0.4 mm
Micro Swiss documents this one fully: an M6×1.0 thread, a 5 mm thread length, and a 13 mm overall length. It has a nickel-plated copper chromium zirconium body with an M2 hardened high-speed steel insert, which Micro Swiss says is heat-treated to 68 HRC, plus a non-stick coating. Micro Swiss says the body keeps its strength at higher temperatures than regular copper alloy, and offers a limited lifetime warranty against wear. It suits Ender-3, Ender-3 V2, or Ender-3 S1 owners who want one well-documented, wear-resistant nozzle. Micro Swiss doesn't publish a maximum temperature on its product page.
Micro Swiss CM2 MK8 Nozzle (Hardened Tip) (0.4 mm (Micro Swiss SKU M2901-04))

- Maker notes
- Micro Swiss fit list includes Creality Ender 3, Ender 3 V2, Ender 3 Pro, Ender 3 S1, Ender 3 Max, Ender 5 series, CR-10 series and many others. The original Ender-3, Ender 3 V2 and Ender 3 S1 have compatibility records. Micro Swiss states heat-treated hardness 68 HRC and a limited lifetime warranty against wear. Amazon model M2901 matches the Micro Swiss CM2 MK8 nozzle SKU family; the 0.4 mm variant is M2901-04. Micro Swiss does not state a maximum temperature on the product page, so none is recorded.
- Manufacturer states an M2 hardened high-speed steel insert, heat-treated to 68 HRC.
- Manufacturer states the copper chromium zirconium body keeps its strength at higher temperatures than regular copper alloy.
- Manufacturer offers a limited lifetime warranty against wear.
- Fits MK8-style hotends only, not Ender-3 V3-series quick-swap nozzles.
- No maximum temperature is published on the manufacturer page.
Skip it if your printer uses a quick-swap or all-in-one hotend.
For Prusa MK4, MK4S, CORE One, CORE One L, XL
Prusa says every MK4, MK4S, XL, CORE One, and CORE One L, including the "+" versions, uses its Nextruder hotend. E3D names all five printers, including the MK4, for each of the Nextruder nozzles below. E3D also names the MK3.9 and MK3.9S: named by the maker, no fit claim from us. E3D's pages don't separate the CORE One "+" revisions, so we rely on Prusa's statement that they share the Nextruder. There's one mismatch to know about. The Amazon listings for these four E3D nozzles say they fit only the MK4 and XL, while E3D's own current pages also name the MK4S, CORE One, and CORE One L. Our fit claims follow E3D. Prusa publishes a separate nozzle-change guide for each Nextruder printer, so follow the one for your model.
E3D Brass Prusa Nextruder Nozzle, 0.4 mm
This is the everyday like-for-like spare. E3D lists 1.75 mm filament and printing temperatures up to 300 °C, engraves the size on each nozzle, and says its all-metal filament guide makes the Nextruder's filament path entirely metal and speeds up nozzle changes. It suits owners printing everyday PLA, PETG, and ASA. Brass isn't wear resistant, though. E3D sells ObXidian versions for abrasive filaments and a separate high-flow version for faster printing.
E3D Brass Prusa Nextruder Nozzle (0.4 mm brass, single nozzle (PRUSA-MK4-NOZZLE-AS-0400))

MK3.9/MK3.9S are not in printers.json. Amazon listing says MK4 and XL only; E3D's current page names the MK4S, CORE One and CORE One L as well. Prusa Knowledge Base: every MK4S, MK3.9S, MK4, MK3.9, XL, CORE One/+, CORE One L/+ and Signature Oak printer has a Nextruder hotend.
- Manufacturer names the MK4S, XL, CORE One and CORE One L as compatible.
- Manufacturer states an all-metal filament guide makes the Nextruder filament path entirely metal and speeds up nozzle changes.
- Manufacturer lists 1.75 mm input and a 300 °C maximum temperature; size is engraved on each nozzle.
- Brass is not wear resistant: E3D sells ObXidian versions for abrasive/filled filaments.
- Standard flow; E3D sells a separate High Flow version for faster printing.
Skip it if you print carbon-fiber, glass-fiber, or glow filaments.
E3D ObXidian Prusa Nextruder Nozzle, 0.4 mm
E3D pairs a tool steel insert with its E3DLC coating, and says the wear resistance is orders of magnitude higher than any other E3D nozzle. E3D adds that the coating is non-stick, so less plastic builds up on the tip. It suits Nextruder owners who print carbon-fiber, glass-fiber, or glow filaments regularly. E3D lists a 300 °C maximum printing temperature. It also warns that aggressive fillers, such as Polymaker's Fiberon range, can still cause significant wear, and that some filled materials have particles close to the nozzle size, so check the filament's datasheet first.
E3D ObXidian Prusa Nextruder Nozzle (0.4 mm, single nozzle (PRUSA-MK4-NOZZLE-OBX-AS-0400))
- Best for

- Manufacturer states the E3DLC coating adds non-stick properties for less plastic build-up.
- Manufacturer names the MK4, MK4S, XL, CORE One and CORE One L as compatible.
- E3D lists a 300 °C maximum recommended printing temperature.
- E3D warns aggressive fillers (e.g. Polymaker Fiberon PA612-CF, PA6-CF, PA6-GF, PA12-CF) can still cause significant wear, and some filled materials can jam nozzles of 0.4 mm and smaller.
Skip it if you print only plain PLA and PETG, where the brass Nextruder nozzle does the job.
E3D High Flow Brass Prusa Nextruder Nozzle, 0.4 mm
E3D says a custom internal geometry increases the surface area for better heat transfer, which raises volumetric flow for faster printing. E3D keeps the same form factor as its standard Prusa nozzles, so mounts and fan ducts don't change. You only get the extra flow if you change your slicer, though. E3D says there are no official PrusaSlicer profiles for its high-flow nozzles and offers a guide to raising the volumetric flow limits yourself. E3D's datasheet for this nozzle lists a 300 °C maximum temperature. It suits owners who want to print everyday PLA, PETG, and ASA faster.

- E3D notes there are no official PrusaSlicer profiles for its high-flow nozzles; you edit volumetric flow limits yourself.
Skip it if you print abrasive filaments, or you don't plan to raise your slicer's flow limits.
E3D High Flow ObXidian Prusa Nextruder Nozzle, 0.4 mm
This combines the two: E3D's high-flow internal geometry with the ObXidian tool steel insert and coating, in the same form factor as the standard nozzle. E3D lists a 300 °C maximum printing temperature. E3D's datasheet lists 0.4 mm flow figures of 20 mm³/s for PLA at 220 °C, 24 for PETG at 240 °C and 27 for ASA at 260 °C. The same slicer caveat applies as for the brass high-flow nozzle: there are no official PrusaSlicer profiles, so you edit the flow limits yourself. E3D's warnings about aggressive fillers and particle size apply here too. It suits Nextruder owners who want faster printing and abrasion resistance in one nozzle.

Skip it if you don't want to tune slicer flow limits, or you print only standard PLA at stock speeds.
For Prusa MINI / MINI+
Prusa's MINI nozzle guide states that "the printer is compatible with E3D V6 nozzles", and Prusa's E3D V6 article names the MINI/+ hotend. Our fit records for the E3D nozzle below rest on that Prusa statement. Micro Swiss names the Prusa Mini on its own page. Unlike the quick-swap systems above, this is a screw-in change done hot. Prusa says to preheat to 280 °C, hold the heater block with a 16 mm spanner, leave a gap of about 0.5 mm between the nozzle and heater block, and redo First Layer Calibration afterwards.
E3D V6 Brass Nozzle (1.75 mm), 0.4 mm
E3D says its 1.75 mm brass V6 nozzles are fully compatible with Prusa printers, lists the Mini among them, and rates them to 300 °C. E3D describes brass as having optimal thermal properties for everyday, non-abrasive printing. It suits MINI or MINI+ owners who want a genuine like-for-like spare. Brass isn't meant for filled filaments, so pick a hardened nozzle for those.
E3D V6 Brass Nozzle (1.75 mm filament, 0.4 mm, single nozzle (V6-NOZZLE-175-400))

- Maker notes
- Prusa Knowledge Base (MINI nozzle guide): "The printer is compatible with E3D V6 nozzles." Prusa's E3D V6 Nozzles article lists the MINI/+ hotend. E3D: 1.75 mm brass V6 nozzles are fully compatible with Prusa 3D printers; rated to a max temperature of 300 °C. Prusa MINI guide: change the nozzle hot (preheat to 280 °C), hold the heater block with a 16 mm spanner, leave about a 0.5 mm gap between nozzle and heater block, and redo First Layer Calibration afterwards.
- Printer maker Prusa states the MINI/MINI+ is compatible with E3D V6 nozzles.
- Manufacturer states brass gives optimal thermal properties for everyday non-abrasive printing, rated to 300 °C.
- Brass is for non-abrasive filaments only (E3D).
- Swap requires tools and a hot nozzle, plus First Layer Calibration afterwards (Prusa).
Skip it if you print carbon-fiber, glass-fiber, or glow filaments.
Micro Swiss CM2 RepRap (V6) 1.75 Nozzle, 0.4 mm
Micro Swiss names the Prusa Mini and every printer with an E3D V4, V5, or V6 1.75 mm hotend. It lists an M6×1.0 thread, a 7.5 mm thread length, and a 13 mm overall length. That thread length differs from the MK8 version above, so the two aren't interchangeable. The body is electroless-nickel-plated copper chromium zirconium, and the tip is M2 hardened high-speed steel, which Micro Swiss says is heat-treated to 68 HRC, with a WS2 non-stick coating. Micro Swiss offers a limited lifetime warranty against wear but publishes no maximum temperature on the product page. Its CM2 warranty page says the warranty covers filaments with "glass, carbon, or less abrasive fillers," doesn't apply above 450°C, and is voided by cleaning with cold pulls or needles. Prusa's note that you may need a higher nozzle temperature is about hardened steel nozzles. It doesn't mention hardened-tip nozzles like this one, and Micro Swiss doesn't say whether the CM2 needs one. It suits MINI or MINI+ owners who want a wear-resistant nozzle.
Micro Swiss CM2 RepRap (V6) 1.75 Nozzle (0.4 mm, single nozzle (M2902-04))

- Maker notes
- Micro Swiss product page: fits all printers with an E3D V4/V5/V6 1.75 hotend and names Prusa i3 MK2 / MK2S / MK3 / Mini. It does not name the MK3S/MK3S+, so only the MINI is recorded. Micro Swiss CM2 warranty page: covers wear related to shape (not blockages, jams or coating wear); valid only with filaments with glass, carbon or less abrasive fillers, not Boron Carbide or Tungsten; void above 450°C or if cleaned with cold pulls or needles; ends when CM2 is discontinued. Prusa Knowledge Base also states the MINI is compatible with E3D V6 nozzles. Amazon listing model M2902 matches the Micro Swiss SKU family (M2902-04 for 0.4 mm). Micro Swiss: made in USA, limited lifetime warranty against wear.
- Manufacturer names the Prusa Mini as a fit.
- Manufacturer lists an M2 hardened high speed steel tip heat-treated to 68 HRC with a nonstick WS2 coating.
- Manufacturer states a copper alloy body that keeps its strength at higher temperatures than regular copper.
- Micro Swiss does not state a maximum temperature on the product page; its CM2 warranty page voids the warranty above 450°C and if cleaned with cold pulls or needles.
- Swap requires tools and a hot nozzle, plus First Layer Calibration afterwards (Prusa).
Skip it if you only print non-abrasive filaments and want the simplest genuine spare.
What should you check before buying a nozzle?
- Confirm the exact model and revision. "Ender-3" covers several different nozzle systems, Bambu Lab uses at least three hotend designs, and Prusa's MINI and Nextruder printers take different nozzles. Creality's K1 and K1 Max parts here are limited to named versions: the integrated-nozzle K1 and K1 Max for the Unicorn nozzle, and the 2024 K1 and K1 Max for the E3D ObXidian. Check the label on your printer or your maker's identification page. The printers index links to them.
- Use the right version of a part. E3D sells separate X1C, P1P & P1S, and X1E versions of the ObXiDian 500 hotend, and only the X1C version is listed here. The version name has to match your printer.
- Fit is listed only where the manufacturer documents it. If your model isn't named for a product on this page, treat fit as unknown and ask the part maker. Where an Amazon listing names fewer or different printers than the maker, as with the E3D Nextruder nozzles, go by the maker's current page.
- Nozzle, hotend, or kit. Check whether your maker's procedure replaces a nozzle, a hotend, or a heating-block assembly, and what you need to transfer from the old part. If the hotend won't hold its temperature after a change, see nozzle temperature fluctuating.
- Size for the filament. Bambu Lab recommends a 0.6 mm hardened steel nozzle for carbon- and glass-fiber filaments to reduce clogging, and E3D warns that some filler particles approach 0.4 mm. Every single-size product here is 0.4 mm except Bambu Lab's 0.2 mm A1-series hotend, which Bambu Lab says is prone to clogging with particle-filled filaments. Check your filament's minimum nozzle size first.
- Update the printer's settings. Bambu Lab says to update the nozzle information on the printer screen after a change, Prusa says to redo First Layer Calibration on the MINI, and high-flow nozzles need raised flow limits in the slicer to make a difference.
When don't you need a new nozzle?
- A clog isn't always a dead nozzle. Most makers publish a cleaning or cold-pull procedure. Work through clog diagnosis before you replace parts, and look at stringing if the symptom is wispy strings rather than under-extrusion. If nothing comes out only in the first moves of a print, see no extrusion at print start, and our worn nozzle guide covers the signs that a nozzle really is worn out.
- You only print PLA and PETG. A stock-style spare from your printer maker, or a brass nozzle of the right type, is usually all you need. Hardened and coated nozzles mainly earn their place with filled or glow filaments, as our abrasive filament nozzles guide explains.
- Your printer isn't covered here. Our guide to choosing a replacement nozzle explains how to identify your nozzle system and find the maker's own part. The Nozzles: what to check before you buy ↗ has more background.

How this page was checked
This is a research-based shortlist. We have not installed or printed with these parts for this page, so there are no test results or "we found" claims here. Every fit claim, temperature, flow figure, and material above comes from the manufacturer pages listed in the sources section, plus the product pages linked from each catalog record, retrieved on 2026-10-06. The pages for the Bambu Lab A1-series hotends, the E3D Nextruder nozzles, and the Prusa MINI nozzles were checked again on 2026-10-07. The fit records for the H2S, H2C, K1, K1C, K1 Max, Ender-3 V2, Ender-3 S1, and MK4 were added from the Bambu Lab, Creality, Micro Swiss, and E3D pages on the same date. Makers revise hotends and change compatibility lists, so check the current page for your exact part before you order. Read more about our process in our editorial standards and affiliate disclosure.
